How can I order your artwork?
Original Artwork:
You can choose your desired arwork from the current available collection. Please be aware that this is without shipping and handling costs. These will be added after purchase. You will be contacted on these costs based on your location and shipping carrier.
Art Prints, canvasses & merchandise:
You can choose your desired items from the store. They will be added to your cart and shipped to your address. During yourpurchase you will see the amount and shipping costs of your items. The products are shipped from different location so please be aware that certain items will be delivered at different point of time.
What is the shipping time of your artwork?
Original artwork
Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: within 7 business days
Rest of Europe: within 10 business days
Rest of the world: please contact first for the estimated shipping time.
Art Prints, canvasses & merchandise:
Within Europe: between 7 and 10 business days
Rest of the world: between 10 and 21 business days
Do you also do commission work?
That is definitely possible. Kindly be informed that a commission is tailord made order from the artist to the commissioner. Please contact further detais about your commission and information concerning the pricing.
How can I pay on your website?
The payment methods include iDeal, Paypal and Google or Apple Pay, Stripe. If your desired payment is not listed, then it is not available on the website.
Return
Can I return an original artwork?
Yes, you can. The policy concerning returns, damages and losses lasts for thirty days. If thirty days have passed by since your purchase of merchandise, art services or products, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on good or services provided.
Any returns concerning original artwork will only be eligible for return when unused and in the same condition that you have received it, with its original packaging. In no way, shape or form can there be any trace of wear and tear due to the opening, review, handling, storing, placing (in a frame, unsupervised, volatile or uncontrolled environment), (un)packaging. In this case, there will be no refund.
Any returns concerning artwork that has been framed by MCJ Studio as an added service will only be eligible for return when unused and in the same condition that you have received it, with its original packaging and framing. In no way, shape or form can there be any trace of wear and tear due to the opening, review, handling, storing, placing (in a frame, unsupervised, volatile or uncontrolled environment), (un)packaging. In this case, there will be no refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
What do I need to do in case of a return?
We always require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please store your receipt for your own administration. You will be notified on the shipping and shipping information the moment we send the purchase to you. The information is send to the e-mail that you have provided us.
Please do not send any purchase back to MCJ Studio without a written conformation per e-mail of your request to return your acquisition. Please send an e-mail to webshop@mcjstudio.me and we’ll assist you.
You are obliged to inspect your purchase at arrival. In case of any damages/return this needs to be communicated within 48 hours after arrival. Please send an e-mail to info@mcjstudio.me and we’ll assist you.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Can I refund items that were on sale?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How will I receive a refund of my money?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 30 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at webshop@mcjstudio.me.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchange/Damage/Loss
My purchase is damaged. Can I exchange this?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the purchaser or third parties have not caused this. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webshop@mcjstudio.me and you will be assisted. Please be aware that you do this within 30 days after your payment of purchase.
My package is lost/not delivered. What do I do?
We are here oo help you in case this happens. Here s what you can do.
You will be notified on the shipping and shipping information the moment we send the purchase to you. The information is send to the e-mail that you have provided us.
In case of any of a possible loss of your package you need to be communcate this after the expected delivery date of your purchase. Please send an e-mail to webshop@mcjstudio.me and we’ll assist you.

How do you ship your items?
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
All shipping is done with UPS or DPD no matter what the destiation of the country might be.
ART PRINTS, CANVASSES & MERCHANDISE:
All shipping is done with the national carrier that is available in your country.
Please be aware that shipping to the UK will alsways entail duty fees.
Can I pick a carrier of my own choice?
This option is not available.
